We had a fantastic stay in the Beautiful Double Studio! The room was spacious and exactly as pictured, complete with a nice sofa for relaxing. The daily breakfast provided just the right fuel for our adventures, and the tranquil garden area was an added bonus!

I had a delightful stay for 6 nights in the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony! The air conditioning kept me cool amidst Chiang Mai’s heat, and I enjoyed preparing breakfast in the communal kitchen, making it feel like home. The spacious room was super clean and the shower had excellent water pressure—just what I needed after a long day of exploring. Plus, the location was spot on, very close to Lanna Square and local markets for fun and food.

Noise carries throughout the building with minimal sound insulation between rooms and common areas.

Being close to lively spots like Lanna Square made it easy to enjoy the local nightlife, while returning to a peaceful room was a great balance. However, the self-serve breakfast setup felt a bit limited, and the shoe policy throughout the house was inconvenient when carrying belongings. It can also get noisy since sound travels between rooms.

staying at eight ratvithi house was fantastic! the traditional thai house vibe added character, and the rooms were very clean and large. the complimentary breakfast helped kick off our exploring days, and the friendly family running the place made it feel welcoming. it's perfectly located in the old town, with bars and restaurants just steps away.

I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony for 3 nights. The room was super spacious and clean. It had a big bathroom and a nice balcony facing the garden. Felt really homely making my own breakfast, and the traditional vibe was cool. The location is perfect for exploring—everything's super close! The only thing was the shoes-off rule, which was a bit odd, but I get it. Overall, it was a great space to relax after a day out.
